Certified Postpartum Doula
Being a postpartum doula is my passion! I have been helping families in San Diego for over 15 years and decided to work full-time doing what I love. Eight years ago I became a certified postpartum doula with Beautiful Beginnings and then became certified through DONA International. Each family is unique with their needs and wants and I want to be that support and guidance you appreciate with the arrival of your new baby.
I am a mother of three and I know from experience how rewarding, challenging and sometimes overwhelming parenting can be. I have been educated with breastfeeding tips and support, sleeping strategies, SIDS, stages of development and soothing techniques for your little one. My child and adult CPR is current along with all immunizations. I work days, have no minimum hours and am very flexible in order to meet the needs of each family.
I also love working with multiples and have lots of experience with many families. I believe every family that wants a doula should have one.
